Through the Eyes of a Child Photography is a non-profit company founded by Jonas and Ansel LaPier at the ages of 10 and 5 years old, respectively.
The company goals are to share their love of photography and nature and to raise money for children’s hospitals. All photos were captured by the brothers during outings at various locations near and far. Although Ansel’s original responsibilities were to take awesome photographs and be cute, he is now at the helm of the business side of the company.
Through the Eyes of a Child Photography is a charity that benefits Shriners Hospitals for Children®. Both LaPier brothers have Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis and receive care (x-rays, physical therapy, back braces, surgical consultation) at the Spokane Shriners Hospital for Children®. This experience has made the mission of the charity even more important and personal than when it started.
